SERVICE DELIVERY

Be aware if you have old and or disable people in your house and you are not close by to assist nobody can assist you with fixing the internet connection they have to wait for you to go there or request assistance from other old people around them. if they live with you and you are away for work they have to wait for you to go back home nobody can assist the elderly or disable clients. because afrihost and metro fiber do not realize there is old and disable people using internet that are not able to do trouble shooting the way they want it done. This is sad very sad ....
