I have for the last 5 weeks failed to get feedback on an order for a fibre line placed on 12 Oct - how many consultants must i speak to daily and repeat myself saying we need an additional line as there are 2 businesses on 2 premises. Openserve is useless they dont respond and Afrihost worse because your consultants promise to revert and never do so i have to log call backs to have to explain myself over and over and over and over and over again. **** service
