SERVICE

I have not been contacted to the internet from 11th May to date. I am paying R827 for the service I dont have. I dont know how many consultants I have chatted to without my problem sorted. ON refernce TICKET ID MQD-***9 they say no feedback on my ref and this was logged on the 14th May and was told its gonna be from 24 to 48 hours but still nobody has contacted me instead I am the one doing follow. BAD SERVICE for the amount I am paying. I am furious.
