Service cut

I am sick and tired of this pathetic company giving me terrible service. How dare you suspend my service you *********** retards. I have set my services to a debit order every month which was last paid on the 4th of November and now you decide to cut my services off. Nothing has changed on my side since last month so clearly your team of retards have messed up along the way. Its pathetic to see how useless people are at their jobs nowadays and they really deserve to be fired. How dare you threaten to cut my services off when you guys are at fault. Get competent staff now.
