SERVER? WHAT SERVER?

Pathetic. I moved my email hosting to them. Servers are forever down, so mails aren't sent and received on time. Now that I want to move to another hosting company, they won't release my domain because it's 'billing period'. So for another 8 days I must be happy with not receiving mails?
