Server takes a week to setup, Maybe longer?

Have been waiting for a full week for a dedicated server to be setup for us, when they informed it would take 48 hours max. Attempted to get info and updates from technicians which proved a nightmare, waited 5 hours for them to inform me that "a senior technician is working on it now," as he apparently had been for the previous 2 days.

Cancelled the service and wont be looking to Afrihost again for help with servers in future.
