SERVER not working

We are extremely disappointed by how Afrihost treated us with a server that was not working from 8am till 3:18pm. That is 77% of our work day gone due to something out of our hands and control. We trusted Afrihost with our server and access to it and they completely failed us.

Account manager gave the same response as the support center. No clear guidance or expectation, just an average "this has been escalated" and were "in meetings" for the rest of the day.

If you are considering Afrihost stay FAR away, we're all just a number to them and probably one huge joke.
