SERVER ISSUES

Been struggling to access my website for the past 2 days. Keep getting errors with database not working and now even a message that the website is inactive. Can't access cpanel with same message with database error. If you do a server update, would it not be nice to atleast let your paid clients know what is going on? You are costing me money, and clients..... Not a happy client. YOU ARE DAMAGING MY BUSINESS.....
