Seriously ****ty service!!

<p>My Businesss website run on afrihost. My debit order as agreed for by me is R1565, for some reason they tried to deduct R1657, which I did not agree to, so debit order was returned. I paid the R1565 into their bank account via eft and still today my services have been suspended. send them a support request at 12 today and did not receive any feedback. Also on the package I signed up for I used to have 3TB of space see that has suspiciously changed to 2TB(Will confirm). Anyway the useless lady answering the phone can only tell me you have been suspended duhhhh!!! So now I have to have my business website and emails down for 72 hours because of whaatttttt!!!!!! </p>
