Seriously, is this a joke? Is a simple instruction not simple enough anymore??

Firstly, I have been waiting 10months for vumatel to install my Internet! Now....we have clarified with afrihost to be debited the agreed amount per month(installation fee was excluded due to the package we took), only to wake up this morning to over R 3 000.00 being taken off?? Is this joke? Can you people not follow simple instructions after phoning multiple times, or is this plain stupidity? Thank you for nothing Vallencia, I will be taking back every cent you took from me. And when you can debit my account correctly, contact me.
