Seriously disappointing

As per Afrihost's relocation protocol, you just have to follow the steps and Voila! your service will be relocated to your new address. BUT then there's the reality where they duplicate your service & insist that YOU created another service and double debit you for 2 months!! Goodbye R2000, no refund, NO Pure Internet Joy!
