Sell me Rain and then, when i want to migrate, I have to pay twice ... pathetic service

They sell me Rain. Was wonderful. But as Rain got saturated, so my connection started failing.

Now, when I want to migrate, I have already paid for Rain (pathetic) and have to pay again for my new package. No help from these people. Rather skip the middleman and go to their suppliers.
