School cannot function effectively with no connectivity

We have been having connection issues as a school since the beginning of the year. Every time schools close we come with the connection down. Now it's happening as frequently as every day. Each morning the connectivity is down. We can't function as a school because our admin work requires connectivity. When I want to cancel so we can change ISPs they are telling us about 2 months' notice but that means 2 more months of no connectivity. How??? The level of disdain for our school is unacceptable. They cannot fix the problem and then they still want us to just continue with the problem for 2 more months. How are we supposed to continue with our work? This is horrible service
