I have been with Afrihost for the past 2 years with no complaints. But for the past week and a half it has been a NIGHTMARE.

I have been getting disconnected numerous times a day and the only solution Afrihost has provided is to switch my router on and off. I work from home and this has not only distrusted my personal life but my professional life as well!

This has been gravely disappointing- especially as a loyal customer who is faithful with (quite expensive ) payments every month. For almost every one of the past 10+ days I have been asking them to assist me but I was met with very little assistance. They have not sent a technician to assist me in all those 10+ days!

This is very unacceptable behavior!! I was expecting MUCH better service, given the amount I invest in reliable WIFI every month.

This is extremely unacceptable service! As a loyal customer I am very frustrated and I am very much considering taking my business elsewhere
