****ing without any service!

Absolutely shocking service, I've been without internet for a month already! Every time I call in ( which is almost every 2nd day ) all they can say is sorry for the inconvenience and they will try to assist but still no real action taken on their side, today I eventually had enough and asked to speak to a manager and that is not even possible!! They so quick to take our money but with no service delivery!!

What else do I do ? I am so furious with afrihost, we all work from home and internet is essential but yet they can't even provide the simplest service!! I feel like they ******** me out of my money here!!
