**** promotion

**** promotions and extremely slow internet! For almost a year now I have been paying R70.00 more due to an increase. At the same time there was a promotion running that increases your line from 20mbps to 50mbps. When I checked, the actual 50mbps line was actually cheaper than I was paying. When I questioned it Fezile.B told me I can opt out with wasn’t an option. I have since upgraded and am paying less for this ****. Line spear has not once ran close to what I pay for and when queried, I get told there are never any outages in my area and to restart my house. I unplug everything for 30 minutes. Then connect laptops directly to boxes to run test which takes a lot out of a day on top of not having internet to work. And then after all that they send a technician out to fix the problem which is ALWAYS on their side. I am currently looking for other providers and will update when I find a decent and honest one.
