Sales Department really needs major attention and coaching

Called into Afrihost and spoke to an agent by the name of Payden wanting to find out about the new LTE-A wireless internet due to i wanted to change my package with them as i was experiencing a lot of problems with my DSL but sadly to say I received the most horrible service from the sales person (payden). The way he spoke to me like i was a ***** on the phone and that it sounded like i was wasting his time. I emailed there ********** and ********** addresses and no responce for a week and then when getting back to me it was sorry and we will look into it and nothing of how can we assist further on the sale. If you want to sell your products get trained people in your sales team that want to sell your product. Due to this experience I cancelled my Afrihost account and went to another provider that was 1000X more experienced and helpful i will make sure people know about the terrible service Afrihost has to offer. Extremely Terrible. And to tell you how bad there services has become i know of 2 other people funny enough who canceled there services the same time as me. Hilarious inst it.
