Sadly disappointed by Afrihost

I initially app**** for a new service at an address that we moved to online. I mentioned that there was already infrastructure at the address we were moving to and the previous tenant was with Afrihost, so I decided to remain with them, sadly I now find out that I have to pay a transfer fee of R1495 besides my monthly hosting fee. C'mon guys, R1495 just for someone to sit in front of a computer and do a switch over. That was not conveyed to me at anytime.
