Sad

I have been without internet since Saterday. My neigbours had a problem with their internet and after the guys were there theirs were working and mine not. So they switched the lines. Since then I have been sending watsapps, I have phoned more than 10 times. All they say is the ticket is open. No response from Openserve which is by the way useless. If I knew Afrihost was using Openserve I would not have gone with them. I am so disappointed.
