SA needs Letsatsi

Sent a request to be contacted trying to inquire about fibre connections in my area. Unfortunately there is no fibre coverage in my are however I must thank a gentleman by the name of Letsatsi for an outstanding customer experience he gave me. I sent a call me back request after 7pm and was expecting a call tomorrow as it's outside of normal working hours but to my surprise at 8:30pm same day I received a call attending to my enquiry. Letsatsi was so professional and educated me as well as a bbt(born before technology). He treated me fairly as a customer and didn't just try and push sales......... My boy u have a good voice and are articulate and would do well in radio, public speaking,.presenting etc too. Should I move to a place where your company has coverage trust me I will ask to be signed up by u. U gave me an experience that left me with a good feeling and am definitely going to dream of white horses tonight cause my heart is warm. Best customer journey ever......
