Afrihost has been holding my fiber line hostage even after a request from the previous tenants was submitted more than a month before they moved out and we moved in. Afrihost confirmed that the line will be released for my internet service provider to switch over on the 31st of August and ensured us that the line will be ready to switch over to a new service provider.

It is the 12th of September and my line has not been released as promised. The previous tenants were also debited for this month, which was not authorized and are not making any attempts to release the line nor to return the funds to the previous tenants.

If you are looking for a ISP who WILL ***** you over, well apparently Afrihost is just the right place for you. They will take your money, hold your line hostage and will most definitely not keep to their word.
