Running around for Afrihost

Please sort out your phone system!!!! how can I be caller number 4 then 1 then 34!?!?!?!?!?!

I used 50 minutes of airtime and to no avail. pillar to post...

Please urgently give me a progress update on the fibre installation, I am getting no where with FibreHood (Vumatel) and I am getting shoved from pillar to post when I call into Afrihost land line number.

I received a random call from someone supposedly from Fibrehood the day in requested the install stating that I need to pay upfront and an email will be sent to me. I told them that I with the package I signed up for it stated that there was free installation to the value of R4000., I got called back stating that I will be called by the site engineer.

I am already not impressed with this service. Please update products in the call logging system - no fibre option

Please update me urgently.
