Run around, no help whatsoever

I'm disappointed I have to go this route as I have only ever received good service from Afrihost. But unfortunately now I am getting the run around. I ordered fibre to be installed in my new apartment as I was told I could not migrate my old line. My new apartment has a fibre box inside, just needs the ONT to connect. I've been told by Afrihost the order has been placed with Vumatel. But I have recieved no updates. Every time I speak to an Afrihost agent they pass the buck and promise to give an update but they never do. Vumatel won't give me any info either and tell me to go back to Afrihost. But no one seems to help me. My apartment is fibre ready, this should not be taking so long. I urgently need this for work purposes
