Rude, impolite, useless employees, with names no normal person can even pronounce

I should actually not even put 1 star here. Terrible terrible!! This goes off my account via debit order. Then 1 March it didn't. But it did go off on 17 March. In the meantime services got suspended on 4 April 2022. Went on Afrihost clientzone 4 April, resumbitted the debit order-it went off and guess what? It got suspended again today 5 April. Made a payment via mastercard, money went off again. Now when I phoned in, the lady that answered the phone is rude, put me through to Mpho, Mpho cut me off whilst I am trying to explain my predicament, since it seems that there might be a problem on the host server as my mails still are offline and can't establish a connection with the imap server. Really guys, you were great, but now your service levels are just pathetic.
