Rude and unprofessional service

I don't appreciate rude and unprofessional support team. My issue was reported on Tuesday and only resolved on friday. When we wanted to speak to the manager, she refused to put us through. I have been a loyal afrihost customer since 2014 and I have been referring people that I know and this is how afrihost treats us. Very disappointed
