Rude and unprofessional: Leak client info

Rude and unprofessional like you do not believe. I realized there were two active connections on my line and someone was draining of my data. They denied it had anything to do with them and sent a rude message saying "They will not refund my data and the matter is now closed" But I did not close the matter and there was no comprehensive investigation into how a 3rd party acquired my data. And the phone used to access my account was not my phone. So how do they explain this? They do not-- case closed--my problem. Now here is the thing, all things being equal if we do not know how this crime occurred then what is to stop it from happening again? How is someone accessing my account when the password is not written down but generated by their site? I called up the number using my data and it was some suspicious guy-- did they investigate this? Nope, I am supposed to have just given this guy access to my account to drain out my data. Let us assume I did
