Rude and no customer support

I have a problem with Afrihost. I logged a call yesterday and the sms said that someone will call me back which never happend. I logged another call and got the same sms that someone will call me back. I then called Afrihost and the lady refused to call the manager on duty, I insisted and she went to the manager and the manager bluntly refused to talk to me. The whole South Africa must stay away for Afrihost as this is the treatment you get when you have a problem. Rude people working there and supporting the clients and even worse is the manager. This was my worse decision to signup with Afrihost. Don't know how they got the rating that they say they have. Bribing the customers to give the the rating.
