RUDE AGENTS!! NO PROBLEM SOLVING!!

I would like to file a complaint about 2 rude agents that phoned me.

1. The lady left me on the line listening to your music.

2. The rude gent @12pm was rude and insisted there are lights on the unit I must tell him about.

The more I said there is only 1 green light the ruder he became!

He threw the phone down in my ear!!

I AM SHOCKED & DISAPPOINTED BY THE STAFF AND AFRIHOST!!

I ALWAYS SPEAK HIGHLY OF AFRIHOST BUT THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW.

I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH YOUR CEO AGAINST THESE 2 AGENTS THAT PHONED ME!

ESPECIALLY THE LAST GENT!

ASK YOUR CEO & MANAGERS TO CONTACT ME!!

I STILL HAVE NO CONNECTIVITY....
