Rude Afrihost

I never thought Afrihost will **** me like this, I made a full payment for this month of much, on 17 March 2024, my internet access was cut off without any explanation, and I called them the whole last week and the reason I got was my line discontinue and it is frog foot problem, I paid Afrihost I was expecting them to assist me... Today is the 26 March 2024, 8 full days without internet access, and when I gave them a call several time, and all this technicians refuse me a right to speak to the manager, and they cut drop my call😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡... I just need my F*'";n money back.... This technician today he tells me that my line has been allocated to new customer, like ***.... Yooh.
