Router delivery delays
After the installation of pure fibre in Jan 2021, I’ve still not received the router I’ve paid for and the service channels I accessed are not giving me a date of delivery.

01 Mar 2021, 10:59My installation for pure fibre was done a month ago. My router has still not been delivered. Afrihost has been billing me for the active fibre which has been working so far. But Afrihost is not taking responsibility for not delivering my router yet.
