Router collection

I had a frustrating experience with Afrihost. They couldn't install the fiber line because the infrastructure was already overloaded. Despite this, they delivered a router, and when I canceled the service and requested a pickup, I never received any follow-up. Now, they've started debiting my account for the router, even after I explained the situation clearly. Very disappointing service and lack of communication.
