Router and sim card that cannot be delivered

Afrihost use a useless courier company that are not able to deliver my sim card and router

Now Afrihost is making it my problem

Afrihost must sort this out and ensure I receive the product, and not ask me to be in contact with that useless Digital Planet.

This is a very bad business model of Afrihost, that they rely on such a useless courier company to deliver products
