A client called me this morning to tell me a website is down, I got on the phone with Afrihost and spoke to Aldo. He asked for some time to investigate, and called back when he said he would, provided constant updates and solved a difficult technical issue, restoring the site in minutes flat. I was a hero to my client because of his quick action.
