robbing there customers

<p>good morning, i want to report afrihost for unsavory business practice. i had a internet service with them the business uncapped 4mb. however 5 months ago i asked for the service to be cancelled as i have found another service that was cheaper somewhere else. on Saturday 01/10/2016 i found out that Afrihost has been billing my account for the line rental, which to my knowledge should have been cancelled along with the service as it was one package 5 months ago, now when i phoned them to ask that they refund me for the money that they kept debiting there response was that is was MY responsibility to have checked that everything in the service i cancelled was indeed cancelled and they refuse to refund me the R1116 they stole from me over the last 4 months.</p> <p>what is my legal right here???</p> <p>Louis Diedericks .</p>
