If you want to support a company that refuses to give you a service, bill you for a product and refuse to assist you in any way possible, then Afrihost is the perfect place to go.

I have been with Afrihost for years, but the service I have gotten in the last month was disgusting and frankly ******* as well.

I submitted a line migration middle of August to a new place I was moving in to 1st of September. Long story short, I still don't have internet, every time I contact Afrihost support a ticket gets logged and I get told to wait 24-48 hours. After waiting 48 hours, no response from Afrihost and my issue is still not sorted out, even though the ticket was completed hours prior. The team leaders for the OPS teams are too high and mighty to assist clients and just flat out ignore emails and phone calls.

I was billed for the month of September with a debit order even though I did not get a service or product and now that I requested for a package cancellation I get told I will not get a refund and it will take another 24 hours for the cancellation? I'm pretty sure billing someone and not giving a service or product is theft?

So if you wanna get ****** blind without any service, Afrihost is the company for you!
