Robbing me with pathetic service!

I have been having endless problems with Afrihost. I cancelled my ADSL with Telkom and moved over to Afrihost with pure DSL. Worked fine for a month or two, but not without hiccups in between. Now its like I don't have any constant internet, my emails stopped working for no reason, Afrihost *********** so called workers can do nothing but lie to us and tell us that everything on their side seems fine when I can see that the emails have stopped on the webmail as well. so the fault is with them but they won't admit and neither can they fix the problem. Afrihost is robbing me as I am paying for something I don't have! The workers are *********** and know nothing about internet or anything to do with computers. They should not be working there. In fact Afrihost being as useless as it is, should close down.
