Sold me an 200 up and down fiber package. Ran deduction for package before they did install. The service ran for 3 days and failed to zero fiber. They were unable to rectify as they have nobody to send out and after hours on the phone with them nothing resolved. Cancelled with them and now they say it will only be effective from 01/07/2021. Paid for a service I never received and now they are trying to get further payments for a service that is not even working. I would not recommend them to anybody
