Rina You Amazing Human Being

i would just like to complement one of the staff- Rina in the Fibre department she did an amazing job walking me through the configaration, she was amazing, friendly, and went the extra mile instead of saying no i cant help you plus she called me back which most of these stupid providers dont do but will rather have you waste your own airtime while they dilly dally on the phone (why they do this i dont know- its not putting the client first or thinking about us). what was nice is that she spoke like a normal human being not like one of these robot advisors. and doing all this with a router set up that she was not used to. You'll need more people like her. im sure some sort of reward for her will be so motivating to your other staff. great Job Rina
