Ridiculous Service wrt Accounts

<p>good day,</p> <p>ive been with afrihost for quite a while( ********** 987); and i have a 5gig apn with them.</p> <p>i always had a 3 gig apn i then upgraded through the course of the month; i normally pay afrihost on 15th of every month; </p> <p> </p> <p>i upgraded post 15th of month; then suddenly my account get's debited with the full amount only to find out that when i pay on my pay day, my account goes into credit; then as i buy extra data it gets deducted off this amount in credit; then by the end of the month my account get's credited with the full amount owing.</p> <p> </p> <p>now this is ridiculous; why if i pay and upgrade and i pay the difference or i buy extra data does it get deducted off my amount paid on my pay day.</p> <p> </p> <p>it's now happened twice and i was hit an admin charge; as well as my account is now in disseray because of debits going through unauthorized.</p> <p> </p> <p>i would like some immediate feedback; this cannot go on like this.</p> <p>i'm a statistician by profession and the method this is done is ridiculous.</p> <p> </p> <p>why if i buy data via the app, doesn't it just go off my bank account immediately? is this intelligent way of afrihost nailing clients?</p> <p> </p> <p>do advise.</p> <p>from a very dissapointed customer</p> <p>jean bresler</p> <p> ********** </p>
