Ridiculous service!

It took about 5 to 6 agent's on WhatsApp, over 300 messages and phone calls. 8hours of struggling and yet still my WIFI was off. Ps. I fixed the problem myself after a agents told me to send both our routers because they were faulty.(would of cost me money to do that) I asked for the matter to be escalated. All of the agents didn't do so! I wouldn't recommend Afrihost to anyone. They are useless when it comes to sorting out. Even drove begged to lend a laptop from a friend to resolve your issues on a Sunday. Wasted all that time and effort for nothing. Please don't use afrihost look for another ISP.
