Ridiculous service

I have had numerous issues with Afrihost over the course of a 6 month period, from support never getting back to me, to upgrading my line to a business package in the hopes of having connectivity for longer than an hour at a time. <br> <br> I have now come to cancel my subscription and got billed R 280 for a downgrade on my line, when I initiated a CANCELLATION.
