Ridiculous and Pathetic Service

Terrible call centre staff. They lie to you and tell u false information just to get u off the line.

Promise to call u back and never do. I am waiting 11hours for Sibusiso to call me back and 5 hours and counting for Sihle to call me back.

I app**** for a migration 2 weeks prior to the 1st of the month to avoid issues.

No one from afrihost called to say there is a delay and they need my lease agreement they waited until I CALLED them and then asked for my lease agreement on the 2nd November. I sent and was told they waiting for vuma it's now the 5th and I'm still waiting for Vuma apparently.

I was told they sent a order and it was canceled on Vuma side but no one can tell me why they put me on hold and then promise to call back and NOTHING.

Little do they know I have a step father who installs for Vuma and I sent the VC number to Vuma for them to say they can't see anything on there side for my activation.

When I confront afrihost once again I get told I'd get a call back. Still waiting.

Ridiculous and Pathetic I will NEVER recommend afrihost ever again. And I used to recommend all the time
