RICA BARRED - Left stranded by Afrihost

I app**** for the new Afrihost Mobile service and and elected to port my number to the new MTN sim card. I went in to do the RICA and collect the sim card. <br> <br> After following their instructions to port and install the new sim card, I cannot make or receive any calls as the sim card is RICA BARRED.<br> <br> Their call center is no help, as they always have ridiculous queues, they have not rep**** to the online support call which i logged. <br> <br> Afrihost mobile voice is a terrible service so far, and i have not even started using it.
