Revolting service!!!!

Absolutely revolting service! **************** and I wonder how many poor people are going to fall into the same trap? To get hold of someone to actually assist you (like how to activate your newly installed fiber line) when you have a problem is a nightmare,so I cancelled my service before I was even connected to the web!!!! When my first debit order went through, I reversed it! Because apparently Afrihost is a ghost town with only one person having to answer 100000 what’s app messages at a time...no other way of communication!!!! But I had to pay the R670 Before they would release my line so I could use another service provider...... Then I got another surprise...I had to pay R999 to cancel my contract because I terminated before a 6 month period had lapsed... revolting! I never had any service from Afrihost...was never connected because I had begged and cried for their assistance which I had never gotten and had never used one mb of data but it’s now costing me R1700....for what!!!! Please stay as far away as possible! Afrihost is ******* and robbing people with disgusting service delivery and hiding behind contracts!!!!!!!
