Restoring my Internet Efficiently

I just want to say THANK YOU to Richard for the best client service I have experienced in a long time! I have been experiencing problems with Telkom, whereby they were changing my landline number without my knowledge, on a daily basis. This resulted in my ADSL with Afrihost not working, as it was not linking to the correct landline number. I had to phone Afrihost every evening for three evenings so far, and just by chance I had the privilege of speaking to Richard every single time. Every time he had to manually override the settings on their side to connect my ADSL to the correct landline, to get my internet up and running again. Every time I spoke to Richard, he was friendly and very helpful. HE DESERVES A RAISE! Great work Richard! I wish all call centre consultants were as friendly and efficient as you are. Well done!
