Release The active ISP on my address

Afrihost opened account for someone else with address now there active ISP on my house and I just purchased this property start of July and it's being a month now that I'm struggling with this company to release my the line so that I can active my fibre as I work remotely from home afrihost actually created ***** by using my address they are not cancelling the active ISP the areas we live are so far apart I need them to cancel this active ISP on my address that people are not owners of my property
