Refusing to Fix issues
We have been asking for 5 months now for them to sort out our issues with the high latency and packet loss in our line, they have promised to fix it yet nothing has happened. I can't even play online games (the only reason I spend the amount of money that I do on internet) anymore. Ever since the MTN take over, they have become pathetic and useless.
