Refusal to Stop a Debit Order

This company refused to cancel my debit order with them, and I cannot afford to pay by it, due to my income stream which varies every month because I am a senior citizen of our beloved beautiful country and due to that I get punished unfairly for not honouring my account on the 1st.of each month, but I do settle my account on different dates after that, and also make them rich due to extra fees they charge on my account unnecessary every time.
