refusal to assist without lan speed test

so I just did a test on my line because it is streaming. 80 down and up I did a spread test on my phone send them and was told that I I would need to do a test on a PC, I don't have a PC. I was told that I will not be assisted till I do a test on a PC ..... come get your **** out of my dam house you have till next week Thursday. people on the other side of the phone that can't do their work
