Refund request

Worst experience I have encounted so far, I have requested a refund 3 weeks back and they have still not paid it back. Its literally a refund I requested in order to pay them properly. I have spoken to the accounts department today and they have come back to me saying they can only pay it on the 30th November 2022 which would make it a whole month's worth of back and forth.
